Got rained off, so gave Ade a calland went for a spin round the woods. Ade was in a rush, and with him being a Proper job cycelist, that was worrying! Shattered my best time of 44 minuites and did it in 39 mins and 30 seconds. Amazing how quickly I can cycle when theres some one shouting at you to keep going.
